Capacity - arbor space 24", thickness to 3-1/2" using 14" diameter tooling,
22" minimum length. Arbor Drive - 75-HP 3600 RPM 480 volt, 3 phase, 60 hertz TEFC
M-J direct arbor drive, arbor ammeter, arbor lock-out on access door.
Feed Drive - 3HP TEFC, 30-150' rate, shear pin jam protection, (6) spare pins.
Feed Bed - "POSI-FEED" dip bed carried on 5" pitch;
DOUBLE-VEE chain, extruded structural aluminum feed bed slats having
replaceable steel-backed rubber insert strips; oil mist lube with low
level auto shut-off; 10PSI required.
Hold downs & bed plate - (4) 3" diameter air loaded overhead idle press rolls;
full-width one-piece industrial laminate overhead spring loaded bed plate;
press rolls and bed plate unit vertical adjust, scale and pointer thickness reference;
also includes low pressure switch.
One 24" capacity saw sleeve, arranged for 3-1/8" bore tooling.
One set of saw spacers included, 24" total length.
Dust collection - (2) upper dust hoods, (1) 10", (1) 5" (requires total 4,260 CFM @
4,000 FPM velocity with 4" water gauge at hood opening); lower dust chute.
Anti-kickback assemblies - single bottom and double upper infeed, and single
upper outfeed.
Electrical - all internal wiring complete, Allen Bradley #509 starters, fusing provided
for feed motor and control transformer; safety interlock in starter cabinet door;
arranged for 3/60/230 volt power supply with transformer for 110 volt control circuits;
arbor motor fusing and main disconnects not included. Condition "as is". Mfg 1988.
