Lancaster No. 1863 2-Way Clamping Machine
mounted on 45 deg. angle (with screw set up for main jaw,
auxiliary jaws and floating keyway shaft). The 2 sets auxiliary jaws move
together. Machine provided with gear and rack to equalize pressure,
speed control valves on all cylinders,
dual hand valves and quick disconnects,
air filter and air regulator.
Main set up jaw powered by 1/2 HP motor and
all (4) auxiliary jaws are powered by (1) 1/2 HP motor (3/60/480V).
Machine powered by (1) 6" bore, 2" stroke air cylinder on main jaw and
(2) 4" bore, 2" stroke air cylinders on auxiliary jaws.
Jaw dimension 5 " width x 2-1/4" height:
machine opens 48" x 100".
