Lancaster No. 1863 2-Way Clamping Machine
mounted on 30 deg. angle (with screw set up for main jaw,
auxiliary jaws and floating keyway shaft). The 2 sets auxiliary jaws move
together. Machine provided with gear and rack to equalize pressure,
speed control valves on all cylinders, inching-type hand valve,
air filter and air regulator with gauge.
Machine powered by (1) 6" bore, 2" stroke air cylinders on auxiliary jaws.
Machine equipped with hand crank setup in both directions.
Jaw dimension 4" width x 2-1/4" height:
machine to open 48" x 100". Extra valve to control air cylinder for clamping,
complete with quick coupling attachments to allow operator the flexibility
of operating the top cylinder independently from the side cylinders or
operate the top and bottom cylinders simultaneously.
